Visibility Software provides all the core modules of Abra, as well as a number of additional interfaces, tools and options for Abra Suite. Summarized below are the additional product options that may be purchased in conjunction with Abra Suite, as needed.

Additional Modules:

OrgPlus - OrgPlus is the advanced organizational design and publishing tool that automates the creation of complex organization charts. Create professional-looking, dynamic organization charts that are easily shared and distributed to communicate leadership, dependencies and the relationships that define everyday workflow. Abra Alerts - Abra Alerts automatically monitors your Abra Suite database and proactively distributes information to managers and employees—using your existing email system. For example, Abra Alerts can automatically notify personnel of performance reviews, benefits enrollment, compliance requirements and other key events. And, because it utilizes email, it can send its reports anywhere in the world.

Employee Self-Service - Abra Employee Self Service (ESS) gives employees and managers the ability to view and even update their personal information using an Internet browser. This exciting product reduces the burden on HR and Payroll departments by making information like paid time off, current benefits elections, and addresses/ phone numbers easily accessible (within ALL security parameters you define)

Benefits Open Enrollment - Benefits Open Enrollment System offers Employee Self Service benefit transactions for open enrollment. Integrated links connect employees directly with benefit plan providers and provides information needed to make informed choices regarding their benefit plans. It empowers employees by letting them manage their own benefits and update their beneficiaries and dependents, thus reducing HR’s administrative workload. Benefits Open Enrollment System offers workflows that will enable your organization to be highly productive and will align the HR processes with your organization’s needs.

EZ-Wage and Tax - Why should you manually calculate each individual employee’s wage and tax information from the check/direct deposit register to make sure everything is correct? Even if you have only 50 employees, this sort of error-checking can be time-consuming after each payroll. Let EZ-Wage and Tax do the work for you before you ever process your quarter-end close. Print the EZ-Wage and Tax report and easily find any lurking mistakes during your balancing activity for each payroll.

Powerflex 32 - PowerFlex is a user-friendly, full featured flexible spending account (FSA) software. It is designed to allow individual companies or third party administrators to handle FSA administration with ease. PowerFlex was built from the ground up by CPAs and programmers that have extensive experience with IRS Section 125 Cafeteria Plans, as well as knowledge of the latest technologies. The end result is software with the features you need, the power you want, and the user friendliness you deserve.

TaxxPro Tax Filing - TaxxPro™, PayMaxx’s comprehensive tax filing, payment and compliance service, is provided in all 50 states and all federal, state and local jurisdictions. TaxxPro is available combined with our payroll processing services as well as a stand-alone service for companies who elect to keep their payroll in-house.

As a stand-alone option, your company sends us data files with your calculated payroll tax liabilities via modem or the Internet each pay period. From that point, PayMaxx will then transfer your payroll tax fund from your payroll account into our TaxxPro Trust Fund. We will make all the necessary deposits on your behalf within the time frames established by the federal, state and local tax agencies.

TaxxPro also handles the necessary quarterly and annual reports and provides the option of printing your W-2s at the end of the year. Additionally, PayMaxx is one of the only third-party payroll services that contractually agrees to pay fees if an error is made on our part.

Interfaces - There are many interfaces available, linking Abra Suite to a multitude of payroll systems or other software systems you may already be using. The interface extracts data from the Abra Suite databases into a format suitable for import or transfers information, as needed. The available interfaces include:
