Paid Time Off

Paid time off is offered to fulltime employees based on a 'Years of Service' schedule, as outlined below.  Parttime employees receive paid time off on a prorated schedule.

1st and 2nd years     10 working days per year
3rd and 4th years 15 working days per year
5th year + 20 working days per year

Holidays

Seven paid national holidays each year.

SEP (Simple Employee Pension)

Eligible Employees will be provided with a percentage of their annual salary in the form of a check payable to a SEP Administrator of their choice (Etrade, Ameritrade, etc.).

Healthcare

Healthcare coverage is not currently available in a group plan through Visibility Software.  However, Visibility Software does provide $200 per month per employee to aid employees with their medical insurance.
