Sean Pomeroy - CEO
Sean has worked in the Human Resources industry since he graduated from Radford University with a Bachelors in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. After working in HR as a generalist for a government contracting company, he moved to the HR Technology arena and began assisting companies in the selection and implementation of HR software.
While selling other companies software solutions, Sean worked with Michael Warden to design over a dozen applications for different organizations and industries over the years. Sean now focuses on the vision for the company, business development, and continues involvement in the software design of Cyber Recruiter and Cyber Train.

Michael Warden - CTO
Michael has worked in technology his entire career. After earning his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville, he worked his way through the entire software development life cycle, from Tech Support, to On-Site Implementations, to Product Design and finally to Engineering and Development. All of this experience came within the context of HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and Training Management software and led to his co-founding Visibility Software to design and engineer better products in those areas. He holds an MBA from The George Washington University, is a member of MENSA, and plays the piano in his spare time.

The Visibility Software team has over 80 years of combined experience focused on Human Resource training and consulting. Employees have come to Visibility Software from different sectors and backgrounds which allow the group to support and understand companies not only in the private sector but also organizations supporting the government. All team members have more than three years of experience at Visibility Software and/or with the solutions, guaranteeing clients work with an experienced staff to ensure project success. Multiple team members have advanced degrees focusing on Human Resources and Industrial Organizational Psychology and many have “real world” experience as recruiters and instructors, allowing us to better understanding the needs of our clients.
